We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Out-of-Hours (OOH) Home Visiting GP to join our dynamic healthcare team based in Putney. • Conducting home visits to patients requiring urgent medical assessment and treatment outside normal GP hours.
• Diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions in the patient’s home environment.
• Communicating effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Providing appropriate advice, treatment, and referrals as necessary to support patient wellbeing and safety.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in line with service protocols and legal requirements.
• Responding flexibly to urgent calls, managing caseload efficiently to ensure timely visits across the designated area.

• Full GMC registration with a licence to practice and a current, valid DBS check.
• Experience as a GP, with confidence in managing urgent care presentations across a broad clinical spectrum.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions in a home‑visiting context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of the OOH rota.
• A professional attitude with commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of patient safety.
