£106,000 - £107,000 per annum Indemnity paid + BMA model + 7 weeks leave

An opportunity to work for one of the most forward-thinking practices in the South West. The practice is a well-established and well-respected GP Training practice, based in a smart, modern building. The practice benefits from a sizeable multi-disciplinary team including nurse practitioners, pharmacists and paramedics and a new care model that has replaced the Duty Doctor set-up with a much more streamlined, team-based approach.
We’ve worked with this practice for many years, receiving very good feedback from both the Salaried GPs we’ve recruited and a GP Partner too, who now leads on recruitment.
The practice has also invested in a Remote GP, again recruited by us, who assists the rest of the GP team with phone calls and admin work.

Salary – £11,872 per session

Location – Westbury area

Your role –

• 4-6 or more sessions
• Manageable, well-structured workload
• Duty replaced by an Acute Care Team (regular clinic seeing on-the-day patients)
• Education afternoon once every six weeks
• Opportunity to develop specialisms – very encouraging of interests
• You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list.
