Founding Medical Director

We are seeking an exceptional Founding Medical Director to help architect a data‑advantaged dermatology intelligence platform from first principles.

This is a rare opportunity for an established aesthetic dermatologist, ideally a current or former clinic owner, to co‑create the UK’s most trusted and operationally sophisticated dermatologist‑led skin health group.

Cutenica partners at seed stage with exceptional dermatologists, taking a majority ownership position and building a centralised AI‑enabled MSO to support operational scale.

• Operates as its own CQC‑registered entity
• Retains local clinical governance
• Is led by a dermatologist as Registered Manager
• Runs under standardised group protocols

Regulatory accountability remains local. Operational intelligence aggregates centrally.

• Standardised diagnostic frameworks
• Unified longitudinal patient datasets
• Predictive treatment optimisation
• Outcome benchmarking
• A dermatologist‑led challenger skincare brand embedded into treatment pathways

You are:

• GMC‑registered medical doctor (MBBS/MBChB)
• MRCP‑qualified with specialist dermatology training
• Level 7 Diploma trained in aesthetic injectables
• Minimum 5+ years in private aesthetic dermatology
• Ideally founder or co‑owner of a private clinic
• Deeply experienced in injectables, energy‑based devices and medical‑grade skincare
• Comfortable managing CQC compliance and clinical governance
• Data‑literate and intellectually rigorous
• Entrepreneurial and long‑term oriented

You have:

• Built or scaled a reputable private practice
• Experience hiring and managing clinical teams
• A reputation for safety and discretion
• An appetite to build something category‑defining
