Lawrence House Group, a well-established training practice in Haringey, is seeking a motivated and caring Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team.

In the heart of Tottenham, we have served the community for over 25 years, with a brand new surgery - Welbourne Health Centre opening last year.

We are looking for a salaried GP to help us with our growing surgery.

Patient Consultations and Diagnosis

Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess symptoms, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, imaging, and screening results.

Treatment and Management

Prescribe medications, therapies, and other appropriate treatments in accordance with current clinical guidelines.

Develop individualized care plans and monitor patients progress.

Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle advice to promote overall wellbeing.

Referrals and Coordination of Care

Refer patients to specialist services or hospitals when necessary.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses,pharmacists, physiotherapists, and mental health professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.

Record Keeping and Administration

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patientrecords in compliance with data protection and clinical governance requirements.

Professional Development and Clinical Governance

Participate in continuing professional development (CPD) to maintain clinical knowledge and skills.

Engage in clinical audits, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Adhere to professional and ethical standards set by relevant medical regulatory bodies (e.g., GMC in the UK).

• Large training practice with a strong ethos of teamwork and collaboration
• Weekly education meetings for ongoing professional development
• Experienced clinical and administrative team, including GP trainers, nurses,
• pharmacists, and allied health professionals
• Active participation in the Primary Care Network (PCN)
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Lawrence House Group is look for a salaried GP to work across our 2 sites, Lawrence House Surgery and Welbourne Health Centre.

We are looking for a someone with a good work ethic and who is happy to work in a large welcoming team.

• Fully qualified and GMC registered GP
