Locum GP Opportunity – Hammersmith, West London £90 Per Hour | ASAP Start | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Sessions

Braemar Medical is currently working with a well-established GP Surgery in the Hammersmith area that is looking for an experienced Locum GP to join their team as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure regular weekday sessions within a friendly and supportive practice using Systm One
.

• £90 per hour
• Hammersmith, West London
• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 18:30 (1-hour unpaid break)
• Systm One clinical system
• 10-minute appointments
• Protected catch-up slot after every 5 patients
• Straightforward surgery with well-managed clinics
• Immediate start available

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a busy GP surgery, including:

• Face-to-face & telephone Triage GP consultations
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribing and medication reviews
• Referrals and clinical administration
• Maintaining accurate clinical records using Systm One

The practice has built catch-up slot after 5 appointment, ensuring you have sufficient time to complete your clinical administration throughout the day.

• Full GMC Registration with a Licence to Practise
• Inclusion on the NHS GP Performers List
• MRCGP (or equivalent)
• Previous UK General Practice experience
• Experience using Systm One is desirable
