Penrose Health is recruiting Lead General Practitioners to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership of the GP team at Nightingale Surgery in London. This permanent, full-time role offers greater scope and responsibility than a traditional salaried GP post.
You will lead and line-manage the GP team, support new colleagues, ensure clinical standards, and drive better decision-making. Compensation ranges from £78,000 to £126,000 per year, plus £13,000–£14,000 per session via our car scheme.
