We are seeking a forward-thinking Consultant to lead and deliver high-quality Tier 3 ENT care across South London and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do:
Lead the delivery of Tier 3 ENT services in community clinics
Conduct outpatient assessments, diagnostics, and minor ENT procedures
Supervise and mentor ENT GPwERs and support their CPDReview complex cases, triage referrals, and participate in joint teaching clinics
Attend clinical governance meetings and contribute to audits and pathway development
Support service development and guideline improvement
