Primary Teaching Assistant
Are you a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role in a welcoming North London primary school?
We’re supporting a local school to appoint a Teaching Assistant to start ASAP and would love to hear from you if you enjoy helping children thrive in the classroom.
In this full-time Primary Teaching Assistant role, you’ll play an important part in supporting pupils and teachers across the school. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Supporting pupils during whole-class learning activities
Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional support
Assisting with behaviour management in line with school policies
Helping to prepare resources and set up classroom activities
Providing feedback to the class teacher on pupil progress
Supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs where required
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Experience working with children or young people
A calm, patient and professional approach
Confidence building positive relationships with pupils
Willingness to support behaviour, learning and routines
