The Role – PRU Behaviour Mentor

As a PRU Behaviour Mentor, you will be required to support pupils in a pupil referral unit by delivering targeted behaviour intervention, building positive relationships and helping learners manage emotions and re-engage with education. Work closely with staff to de-escalate challenging situations and behaviour, promote positive choices and create a safe, structured environment that supports personal and academic progress.
