GSL Education London Branch are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to work at a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Geography Teacher who is keen to inspire students and make a real impact in the classroom.

The school is looking for a confident Geography Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and motivate learners across Key Stages 3 and 4. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons as a Geography Teacher

Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum

Assess, monitor, and track student progress regularly

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and fairly

Work collaboratively with the Humanities department and wider school staff

Support students with different learning needs to help them achieve their best

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience working as a Geography Teacher in a UK secondary school

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography

Good classroom management skills

Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities

Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply)
