GCSE tutor; Temporary

Position: GCSE tutor (Temporary)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions in English and Maths to students working towards their GCSE exams.

Tailor lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and abilities.

Help students improve their understanding of key concepts, boost confidence, and prepare for exam success.

Track student progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents/guardians.

Assist with exam preparation, including helping with past papers, revision strategies, and time management.

Requirements:

Proven experience tutoring English and/or Maths at GCSE level (minimum of 1 year preferred).

Strong subject knowledge in both English and Maths.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.

A patient, approachable, and professional attitude.

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
