The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a vibrant and supportive Primary School in Southwark. In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will work 1:1 with pupils displaying challenging behaviour, helping them regulate their emotions, stay engaged in learning, and reach their full potential. The school is seeking a Behaviour Mentor with a minimum of one year’s experience working in a school setting, who can build positive relationships, provide consistent behaviour support, and contribute to a nurturing, structured environment.
