• Provide high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, emotional, and social development
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records

To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

• A genuine passion for working with young children
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm in teaching approaches
• Minimum 2 years of nursery experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience (required)
• Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum and its practical application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and communication

Applicants must hold one of the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A degree assessed by ECCTIS through the early years service
• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years completed in the UK
