A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a Year 2 teacher to join the team from February 2026 (after half term). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guiding independent learners, building strong relationships and creating a positive classroom culture.

• Role: Year 2 Teacher
• Start Date: February 2026 (after half term)
• Location: Camden, Inner London
• Contract: Full Time - February to July (possibility of extension)
• Salary: Inner London MPS3 - MPS6

• As the Year 2 teacher
  , plan and deliver engaging lessons that support progress
• Inspire pupils through clear routines, positive reinforcement and structured expectations
• Use assessment to identify next steps for learning and support pupils of all abilities
• Build positive partnerships with families and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Contribute to consistent standards and pupil development across the school

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 2 classes or within KS1
• Strong understanding of phonics and early reading development
• Able to build a fair, respectful and encouraging learning environment
• Committed to consistent communication and professional collaboration
