A forward-thinking Primary School in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is offering an exciting opportunity for an Aspiring Primary Teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a term-time only, full-time & permanent role.

The school is an incredibly ambitious school, keen to put a high achieving graduate through their own teacher training scheme, fully funded. If you have a strong academic record, including A-Levels, with or without experience in schools. we still want to hear from you!

What will this Aspiring Primary Teacher role involve?

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lessons

Running small group sessions and providing 1:1 academic support

Gaining exposure to classroom management and primary pedagogy

Working towards a future career in teaching - ideal preparation for PGCE or teacher training routes

ABOUT YOU

A recent graduate with a 2:1 or above (Education, Psychology, English, or related field ideal)

A strong academic record is a must!
A genuine interest in Primary Education and working with young children

Previous experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, summer camps, voluntary work) is desirable

Confident, proactive, and keen to learn from experienced teachers

Looking to apply for teacher training in the near future
