Aspiring Physics Teacher Program – 36,500 Permanent Contract

A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Westminster is on the hunt for an Aspiring Physics Teacher for an ASAP start. This is a full‑time permanent post. Salary is based on experience and on a scale.

You will be working across the Physics Department, supporting KS3–4 lessons, while focusing on attainment and quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you are an aspiring Physics Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling on teacher training.

The Head Teacher would ideally like a Physics Graduate with any of the following Physics related degrees:

  • Aspiring Physics Teacher Program
  • Secondary Teaching Assistant (Subject dependent)
  • Working across KS3–5 with a focus on raising attainment
  • Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
  • Enrolling onto the Aspiring Physics Teacher Program (Schools Direct)
  • ASAP, Jan or April 2026 – Full Time & Permanent
  • 27,500 – 36,500 permanent contract (Paid on a scale depending on experience)
  • Located in the Borough of Westminster
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • Must have a desirable degree from the above subjects from a reputable University
  • Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
  • Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
  • You must be able to engage and motivate the students
  • Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout!
