Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

An Inclusive secondary school situated in Waltham Forest who are looking to secure a Psychology Graduate to start in January 2026 on an ongoing contract.

The School

The school is based within walking distance from a popular underground station and has the added extra of a larger than average onsite car park.

Psychology Graduate
- Learning Support Assistant

The school are looking to recruit a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Support Assistant assisting children across the school with additional SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school are also able to offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession for aspiring teachers.

You'll be responsible for:

Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects

* Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching. To be considered for this Graduate TA role you must:

* Psychology Degree

* Have a passion for helping young people excel

* Have experience working with secondary school aged students (Preferable)
