Provide 1:1 or small group tuition to students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Deliver tailored lessons in line with individual education plans (EHCPs where applicable)
Support students who may be out of mainstream education or require alternative provision
Build positive, trusting relationships to encourage engagement and progress
Sessions may take place in the home, school, or community settings
The Ideal Candidate :
Experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or relevant tutoring/teaching qualification (desirable but not essential)
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
