 1:1 Teaching Assistant to have experience supporting students with ASD
 1:1 Teaching Assistant to be available to start ASAP
 1:1 Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
 1:1 Teaching Assistant with an enhanced DBS on the update service

The Role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work within an ASD specialist school in Hillingdon. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a pupil with ASD and associated needs throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom. You will be required to support learning, manage behaviour, implement strategies set by the SEN team and promote emotional regulation.

This role requires patience, resilience and prior experience working with ASD and challenging behaviour.
