Position: HTLA (Permanent)
Are you a experienced HLTA looking for your next opportunity in East London? We are working with a number of welcoming primary schools who are seeking confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join their team.

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
Support the class teacher with planning and assessment when required
Provide targeted intervention support for small groups and 1:1 pupils
Manage classroom behaviour and create an engaging learning environment
Support pupils with additional needs (SEN experience desirable)

The Ideal Candidate :

Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience) Confident leading classes and delivering lessons in teacher's absence Strong classroom management and communication skills A positive, flexible and proactive attitude
