Pay: £105–£110 per day

A recently Ofsted-rated Good primary school in Finchley (N3) is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team inKS1/KS2.

Requirements

* Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)

* Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an educational setting (primary school experience desirable)

* Ability to support children with a range of needs, including SEN

* A patient, proactive, and positive attitude

Roles and Responsibilities

* Provide support to pupils across KS1/KS2, both in class and in small intervention groups

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities

* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

* Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

* Adapt resources and activities to meet the needs of individual learners

* Encourage and motivate pupils to build confidence and independence

* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and support staff

* Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
