SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time - Chiswick - Jan Start
We are delighted to be working with a lovely, nurturing SEN school in Chiswick that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, working closely with children who present challenging behaviours. The school has a strong, supportive leadership team and places a real emphasis on staff wellbeing, teamwork, and positive behaviour support.
SEN Teaching Assistant responsibilities:- Supporting pupils with special educational needs in KS1 and KS2
- Working with children who may display challenging behaviours
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Helping to create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Experience working with SEN and/or challenging behaviours (school or alternative settings)
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives
- Able to commit to a full-time role
- A welcoming and supportive SEN setting
