We're working with inclusive and forward-thinking schools across South East London that are looking for confident and compassionate Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH, ADHD, autism, and behavioural needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in sports, youth work, or psychology who's ready to make a real difference - both inside and outside the classroom.
Your Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to students needing emotional and behavioural support.
Help pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and re-engage positively with learning.
Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a consistent and positive role model.
Encourage teamwork, resilience, and self-belief through structured activities and sport-based mentoring.
Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach.
Previous experience working with young people (in schools, coaching, or youth work).
A background in sports, psychology, or mentoring is highly desirable.
What's on Offer

Ongoing training and professional development.
Competitive daily rates.
A rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in students' lives.
If you're passionate about motivating young people and using sport, guidance, and empathy to help them reach their potential - we'd love to hear from you.
