About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
Work closely with class teachers, the SENCo and wider support staff to implement individual support plans.
Support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning and build confidence.
Foster positive relationships that support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, independence and engagement.
Be a valued part of a collaborative, reflective and supportive staff team.
About You We are looking for someone who:
Is patient, empathetic and passionate about supporting children with SEN.
Has experience working with children with additional needs.
Is proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Has strong communication skills and a calm, positive approach.
Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and making a real difference in children’s lives.
