The Role
Full-time HLTA position providing PPA cover across KS1 and KS2
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders

The Ideal Candidate
Holds a recognised HLTA qualification
Has proven experience working as an HLTA in a Primary school
Confident delivering lessons independently across KS1 and KS2
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within education
