Full-Time About the Role Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Walthamstow. This is a full-time role for a confident teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2. The school has a strong community ethos, supportive leadership, and a clear focus on high-quality teaching and learning.

You will work closely with the year group team and support staff to ensure pupils make strong academic and personal progress. The role includes full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and contributing to wider school life.

Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps. Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with additional needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders. Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents evenings and staff meetings.

Support pupils social, emotional, and academic development.

The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or equivalent. Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage
2. Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
