About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff while maintaining excellent classroom management

Adapt seamlessly to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans where provided

Support pupils' learning, behaviour, and overall wellbeing

Step into classrooms confidently, keeping learning on track during staff absences

Represent both yourself and our partner schools with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We're Looking For

We're seeking teachers who:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Are confident teaching across primary year groups

Can adapt quickly to new environments and remain calm under pressure

Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills

Are reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching

Thrive on variety and enjoy working in dynamic primary school settings
