The role – Learning Support Assistant
A welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, providing in-class support, delivering small-group interventions, and offering emotional and behavioural guidance where needed. You will collaborate with teaching staff and the SEN department to ensure each student receives tailored support.
The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact. Previous experience supporting SEND students or working in a school setting is highly desirable.
