About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across both mainstream and SEN schools in the Lewisham Borough. You will provide essential support to children with a range of additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive in school.

What You'll Do:

Support pupils with SEN, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs in classroom and 1:1 settings.
Implement learning activities and support the teacher in delivering lessons.
Assist with personal care and promote independence where needed.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.

We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN, ASD, PMLD, or complex needs is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and enthusiasm to support children's learning and development.
