About Us:

Shekinah Ranch is a Christ-centered equine and adventure camp that provides transformative experiences for children and young adults. Through outdoor activities, mentorship, and intentional discipleship, we create a space for students to grow in faith, leadership, and community.

We are seeking an After school Site Supervisor & Summer Leadership Staff to support our after school program, work alongside camp leadership, and disciple interns and staff. This role includes administrative duties, program planning, and direct interaction with students in an outdoor, faith-based environment.

• After school Program Leadership (2 PM – 6 PM, M-F)
• Supervise and engage with 40 after school students in a structured, Christ-centered environment.
• Provide leadership and discipleship for interns and after school counselors.
• Assist the Campground Director in planning and facilitating outdoor adventure activities, team-building exercises, and faith-based discussions.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for all students, modeling Christian values.
• Collaborate with the Campground and Executive Directors on program development and curriculum planning.

• Shadow and assist the Camp Administrator in overseeing program logistics.
• Help with scheduling, parent communication, record-keeping, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Camp Administrator and Camp Director on outreach and community engagement efforts.

• Assist in developing faith-based programming for after school and camp settings. Will also work alongside camp leadership to improve daily activities and staff training.
• Will help plan summer camp activities, volunteer coordination, and discipleship initiatives.

• Summer Program Director – planning, coordination, and execution of camp activities, ensuring they align with the camp’s mission and engaging experience for campers and staff
• Camp Administrative Director – overseeing schedules, program execution, and operations
• Discipleship Director – mentoring teen girls, leading Bible studies, and faith-based discussions
• Day Camp Director – facilitating chapels and camp activities for the Day Camp program– ages 5-10

• Strong Christian faith with a passion for discipleship and youth development.
• Experience in camp ministry, after school programming, or youth leadership.
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor young staff/interns.
• Organized & proactive in handling administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging in physical activities.
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

• Year-round room & board availability (if applicable).
