Biology Teacher

Teach Now are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Biology teacher to join an established school in Hackney! This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher who wants to make an impact, share their knowledge and help shape students’ lives.

Do you have a passion for biology, a natural affinity for teaching and the ability to motivate students? Are you confident in teaching the GCSE curriculum?

As a Biology teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering stimulating lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum and challenge students to reach their full potential. You will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities that appeal to all learning styles, whilst maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.

We are looking for a Biology teacher who is:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in teaching the GCSE curriculum
• Passionate about biology and science
• Innovative and creative in the classroom
• A confident communicator with excellent classroom management
• Able to motivate and inspire students
• Committed to their own continuous professional development

In addition to teaching, you will be expected to provide feedback, track progress and liaise with parents and other departments.
