We are recruiting on behalf of a respected educational institution seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to cover staff sickness.
You will teach students of varying abilities (Level 1-2) and work closely with the Curriculum Manager to deliver high-quality education and support departmental growth.
Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons and assessments for Plumbing courses up to Level 2
- Support learners' progress and maintain accurate records
- Assist in promoting courses and participate in marketing events
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Embed English and Maths within all learning activities
- Proven teaching experience and/or relevant industry background
- Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent)
- Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards qualification
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Efficient administration and record-keeping abilities
- Enhanced DBS within the last three years
