The Head of Careers Education leads the strategic development and delivery of LSE Careers’ education programme for students and alumni. This includes designing innovative, high-quality careers education delivered centrally and within academic departments to meet the needs of diverse cohorts. The role combines operational leadership with strategic contribution to LSE’s objectives for Education and Student Experience.

Previous experience in a management role within higher education or a similar environment is required, along with a track record of proactively developing services and processes to improve the design and delivery of careers activities. A co-operative and flexible approach is essential, as well as the ability to motivate and support team members to deliver an effective, client-focused service to all users.
