Contract:

£444-500 a week with holiday pay included, on a long-term basis. Contract term January 2026 to July 2026 Potential to become a permanent role or dive into a teacher training position. Learning Support Assistant
- Key Responsibilities:

Working 1-to-1 with small groups. Providing support with pupils that have SEND. Collaborating with SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning. Creating and building a safe environment whilst also providing pupils with confidence and motivation. Learning Support Assistant - What the School offers:
Full-time, long-term role starting immediately in a high achieving Primary school. A plan to either help you start your teaching career or become a more established Learning Support Assistant. Opportunity to gain classroom experience, SEN awareness and 1-to1 experience. Learning Support Assistant - Ideal Candidate: A recent graduate from either a Top 30 University or Russell Group. Ideally a First-Class degree or 2:1.

SEN awareness and passion to help those with SEND. Someone that is enthusiastic about education and providing support and to children that may need that extra help.
