Teaching Assistant

Overview

South London. £90 per day. Primary & Secondary Schools. Full-time Day‑to‑day | Long‑term. Clear Path Education is a specialist SEN recruitment agency supporting primary and secondary schools across South London. We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants, 1:1 Support Staff, and Learning Support Assistants to work with children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs.

• Provide 1:1 or small group support.
• Support pupils in the classroom and during transitions.
• Help manage behaviour and promote engagement.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs.
• Create a safe, supportive learning environment.

• Experience working with children or young people (SEN preferred).
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Calm, patient, and reliable attitude.
