Learning Support Assistant

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00
Pay: £450 – £550 per week (paid weekly)
Primary School is a specialist setting dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children with complex needs. We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our passionate and committed team immediately.
About the Role- Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans.
- Assist with classroom activities, communication support, and personal care.
- Help create an inclusive, positive atmosphere where every child can thrive.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable).
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the stated hours.
