We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Head of Chemistry to lead our department at a prestigious school in Kensington & Chelsea. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of an 'A' grade in A‑Level Chemistry.
• A Bachelor's degree in a chemistry‑related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Chemistry to Key Stage 5 students.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire both students and staff.
• A track record of driving excellent academic results.

• Lead and develop the Chemistry department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Teach Chemistry to Key Stage 5 students, delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
• Manage department resources and budget effectively.
