SEND Teaching Assistant Daily Salary: £90 - £110

Charlton Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at a SEND school in Charlton. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. Experience in a school setting is preferable but not mandatory. Day-to-day of the role:
Provide daily care and support to students with special educational needs and disabilities. Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural plans. Work closely with teachers and other staff to promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Support students with their daily activities and educational tasks. Monitor and report on the progress and well-being of students. Ensure the safety and welfare of all students in your care.

Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Experience working in a school setting is preferable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs.
