Role:
Teaching Assistant

Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to support learning in EYFS.

Support children's social, emotional, and academic development as a Teaching Assistant.

Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities, guided by the curriculum as a Teaching Assistant.

Observe, record, and report on children's progress in your role as a Teaching Assistant.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS or Reception.

Strong understanding of early years learning and development for your Teaching Assistant role.

Ability to support children with differing needs, including SEN, as a confident Teaching Assistant.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for success as a Teaching Assistant.
