The Role – Youth Development Specialist
A Tower Hamlets-based youth programme is seeking a committed and confident Youth Development Specialist to join their team full-time, starting ASAP or from Easter. You will work directly with children and young people, delivering workshops, mentoring, and development activities that support confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
The successful candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to engage young people from diverse backgrounds while promoting positive outcomes and wellbeing.
The Role – Youth Development Specialist
