The Role You will take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
Creating a stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence
Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND and EAL
Managing behaviour positively in line with school policy
Working collaboratively with year group partners and support staff
Building strong relationships with parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate :
We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally Upper KS2 or Year 4
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills
Delivers engaging, inclusive lessons that support all learners
Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
Is reflective, organised, and committed to professional development
Works well as part of a team and contributes to school life
