Full time 100 to 130 per day (PAYE depending on experience)
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
Start Date: Monday 23 February
Temp to Perm with the view to go permanent

Rising Hope Education are delighted to be working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Stepney Green, Tower Hamlets, who are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND team.

They are now looking for someone with experience supporting children with complex needs including Autism, who can bring empathy, commitment and calm professionalism to their wonderful team.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working closely with pupils across the school who have additional learning and social needs. Your role will be to help them engage with their learning, build confidence and develop essential life skills.

Personal care, including toileting and intermittent support, is shared amongst the team. This is a school that values teamwork, understanding and dignity in every aspect of care.

• Supporting children with Autism and complex needs within a primary classroom
• Assisting with communication and sensory strategies
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised support
• Providing care and encouragement that helps children flourish emotionally and academically

• Previous experience supporting children with Autism and complex needs
• A kind, patient and adaptable approach
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
• Willingness to assist with personal care as part of a supportive team
