Computer Science Tutor - Independent School, Kensington (September 2026)

We are delighted to be working with a high-profile independent school in Kensington, Central London, to recruit a full-time Computer Science Tutor for a September 2026 start. For the right candidate, part‑time work (three days per week) will also be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high‑achieving academic environment, supporting secondary‑aged students who are highly motivated, focused, and committed to their academic development. The role is well suited to an educator who enjoys delivering high‑quality, targeted Computer Science tuition and making a meaningful impact on student outcomes.

The Role
  • Providing Computer Science tuition at secondary level, including GCSE and potentially A Level
  • Delivering one‑to‑one tuition and small group sessions within the school
  • Supporting students through tailored academic guidance and enrichment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider curriculum
The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a strong and relevant degree in Computer Science or a closely related subject
  • QTS is not essential, but strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach confidently at secondary level are essential
  • Experience teaching in a private or independent school setting would be an advantage
  • Professional, engaging, and confident in working with academically ambitious students
