This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the team at Britain’s longest established and world-famous conservatoire for filmmakers. The school, now approaching its 70th anniversary, is based in Covent Garden in the heart of London. London Film School is seeking a Student Support,Wellbeingand Inclusion Officerto provide practical, empathetic support to our diverse and international student community, while helping to foster a respectful and inclusive culture across the School.

What You’llDo:
  • Act as a first point of contact for students seeking support with wellbeing, mental health,disability or personal concerns.
  • Provide one-to-one advice and signposting, liaising with external counselling and specialist services where needed.
  • Support reasonable adjustments and student learning plans in line with the Equality Act, including guidance on DSA.
  • Respond appropriately to concerns relating to discrimination,harassmentor bullying.
  • Work collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues to embed inclusive practice.
  • Deliver events and workshops that promote wellbeing and inclusion.
  • Monitor disability support provision andmaintainaccurate, confidential records.
What We’re Looking For :
  • Experience in student support, wellbeing,disability or a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of inclusion within an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of Higher Education disability processes (e.g. DSA, reasonable adjustments).
  • Excellent communication skills,empathy and discretion.
