Electrical Installation Lecturer

Hourly Rate: £35 - £50 Location: Various colleges Contract Type: Part-time and Full time available

We are continuously recruiting experienced and passionate Electrical Installation Lecturers to join our Further Education College partners. If you have strong industry knowledge and a commitment to learner success, we want to hear from you.

You will deliver high-quality teaching on Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes, supporting students to gain the essential skills and knowledge needed for progression into the industry.

• Deliver engaging lessons to Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation learners.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and practical assessments.
• Track, monitor, and record student progress.
• Ensure teaching content aligns with current industry regulations and standards.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to enhance the learning experience.

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, DET, Cert Ed) or willingness to work toward one.
• Strong understanding of 18th/19th Edition wiring regulations

• AM2 certification desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and support learners effectively.
