Behaviour Mentor

Overview

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who require additional behaviour and emotional support, helping them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

• Provide 1:1 and small group behaviour support for pupils across the school
• Implement positive behaviour strategies to promote engagement and focus
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to deliver targeted interventions
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental health needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to encourage positive behaviour and resilience

• Experience working with children with challenging behaviour, SEMH, or SEN
• Patient, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Strong behaviour management skills with a positive, proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Passionate about supporting children to overcome barriers to learning

• A supportive leadership and pastoral team
• Training and CPD in behaviour management and SEN strategies
