Graduate French and Spanish Teaching Assistant
Salary : £120 £ 135 per day

Are you a recent French, Spanish, or Modern Foreign Languages graduate eager to begin a fulfilling career in education?
A thriving secondary school in Greenwich (Kidbrooke) is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate French and Spanish Teaching Assistant to support their MFL department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain practical classroom experience ahead of pursuing a PGCE or teacher training route.
The RoleResponsibilities :
- Support French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Deliver small-group interventions to strengthen vocabulary, grammar, and speaking skills
- Assist with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom activities
- Encourage student engagement and confidence in language learning
- 2:1 or above in French, Spanish, MFL, or a related field
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one target language
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
- Enthusiastic, organised, and culturally aware
- Professional development and mentorship
- Valuable experience for those considering teacher training
- A supportive and inclusive learning environment
