You will deliver high‑quality teaching in A‑Level Law, supporting students to achieve academic success and progress to higher education or employment. As part of our academic community, you'll contribute to curriculum development, create engaging lessons, and provide pastoral support to learners from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities- Teach A‑Level Law across a range of courses.
- Develop innovative, student‑focused teaching strategies to enhance achievement and progression.
- Prepare schemes of work, assessments, and monitor learning outcomes.
- Act as a personal tutor and guide students through their academic journey.
- Participate in admissions, enrolment, and induction processes.
- A degree (or equivalent) in Law.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience teaching A‑Level or GCSE Law.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for student success.

Staff ScreeningAs the College supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Accordingly, all staff will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, along with a check of the Children’s Barred List if engaged in regulated activity. Any offers of appointment may be withdrawn if these checks prove unsatisfactory.
