We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN & Behaviour Support Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil in a mainstream primary school in Hillingdon. This role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN, helping manage behaviour, and delivering sensory play-based activities to aid learning and engagement.

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN or additional needs
• Assist with behaviour management and encourage positive engagement
• Deliver sensory play-based interventions to support learning and regulation
• Support access to the curriculum and learning activities
• Assist with personal care or mobility needs if required
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Promote independence, emotional regulation, and social skills

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN, behavioural needs, or additional needs in school or nursery settings in the UK
• Patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
• Confident in delivering sensory and play-based learning activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
