A welcoming and diverse Primary School in West London is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant, with applications welcomed from graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology or SEND. The school has strong SEND systems and provides excellent support and guidance for staff new to education.

• Supporting pupils with additional needs across the school
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and engagement
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff
• Gaining hands-on experience within a supportive SEND environment

• Graduates in psychology, education or related fields
• Aspiring teachers or SEND professionals
• SEND TAs at an early stage of their career
• Individuals seeking long-term school-based experience
• A genuine interest in SEND and inclusion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
